Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee maintenance from initial report through to contractor instruction and invoicing.
Review third-party property inspection reports and provide appropriate recommendations.
Manage compliance certification, ensuring all properties remain fully compliant post move-in.
Handle end-of-tenancy procedures, including serving legal notices, attending court hearings or evictions, and managing deposit returns.
Resolve general tenant and landlord enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Deliver exceptional customer service through regular communication with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal colleagues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Property Manager within the residential lettings sector.
Excellent knowledge of relevant property legislation and compliance requirements.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload independently.
Professional, empathetic, and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
Confident in negotiating and managing difficult situations calmly and effectively.
