Job Specification
Day to day management of the properties, organising contractors and maintenance
Arranging for gas safety certificates, EICRs, HMOs and all other legal certifications. Ensuring all work and certificates are kept up to date.
Oversee the tenancy changeover period and the associated works
Assisting with the lettings process from start to finish - advertising properties, managing enquiries, viewings etc
Preparing and sending tenancy documents for future tenants, managing deposit payments and registration

Prior experience working in the property sector is desirable
Full driving licence and access to own car
Manchester resident with right to work in the UK
Starting November 2025 with a temporary contract, with the expectation to become a permanent role at the end of 6 months.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, flexibility around core hours worked.
Occasional Saturday and evening hours during the busy periods (esp. lettings in November/ early December and change of tenancy in the summer). Time in lieu for this.
