We're a growing property development and management business looking for a hands-on, experienced Property Manager to oversee and improve our property operations across multiple sites. You'll act as a key point of contact between the on-ground team and head office, making sure everything runs efficiently -- from lettings and maintenance to compliance and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential property portfolio
Take responsibility for letting rooms quickly and effectively through platforms like Facebook Marketplace, OpenRent, SpareRoom, etc.
Carry out viewings and manage tenant onboarding from start to finish
Lead and manage the on-site system property manager and maintenance team
Handle escalated tenant issues and ensure high tenant satisfaction
Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments
Liaise with contractors, agents, and suppliers as needed
Keep clear records and report key updates to the senior team
Help develop and improve internal systems to increase efficiency
Requirements
Experience in property management, within residential lettings
Proven ability to let rooms quickly and independently
A confident, natural leader with great communication and people management skills
Organised and proactive -- you can spot problems early and solve them fast
Tech-savvy and familiar with online platforms for advertising and tenant management
Full Uk Driving License
Bonus Points (Not Required)
Experience managing HMO or serviced accommodation properties
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Trello, or property management software
Basic understanding of refurbishment and property improvement works
