is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its award-winning lettings team.The successful candidate will work within a team of Property Managers who provide a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants ensuring each tenancy runs smoothly.
The successful candidate's responsibilities
Booking and liaising with contractors for maintenance issues, keeping all parties up to date Processing property applications Referencing prospective tenants Conducting check ins and check outs Dealing with deposit releases Dealing with any landlord and tenant queries Arranging and carrying out property inspections with tenants and reporting to Landlords with feedback
The successful candidate's skill requirements:
An ability to prioritise and time manage Professional communication skills - both written and verbal A positive attitude The ability to keep calm under pressure A professional appearance A proactive attitude Team player Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Property Manager Must have a full clean driving license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
