We are a highly regarded letting agency based in Nottingham. We are seeking an experience Lettings Property Manager to join our supportive and growing team. Working house 9-5pm, One Saturday a month in lieu of time off
Responsibilities
Drawing up tenancy agreements, renewals
Preparing property inventories for new tenancies ensuring readiness for occupation
Managing property repairs and maintenance issues
Ensuring legal compliance on properties
Liaising with tenants and landlords
Property inspections
Accompanied viewings
Experience
Proven experience in property management or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with property management software, particularly SME, is highly advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making is essential.
