Property Manager

Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Independent Estate and Lettings Agency

Purple Property are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to take over and manage an existing portfolio of properties and gain new business.

The candidate will be required to organise and conduct property visits, as well as organising safety inspections in line with legislation and flagging up remedial works. You will also need to communicate promptly and courteously with landlords, tenants and contractors, respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues and deal with potential dangers associated with a property in a timely manner. In addition to this you will be required to negotiate tenancy renewals and deal with late payments and serve all relevant legal notices, as well as processing end of tenancy check outs and dealing with deposits.

Your job role will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and will require excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will also require strong organisational and time management skills and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as well as gaining new business. Experience and a full driving license is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
