What you'll do
As an Property/ Asset Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing a mixed property portfolio, primarily residential assets.
Leasing and letting properties, undertaking rent reviews, and lease renewals.
Acquiring and onboarding new assets.
Collaborating with the Facilities Management team to ensure compliance checks are complete.
Coordinating improvement, repair, and maintenance work, liaising with tenants and contractors.
Conducting property inspections and ensuring all works meet high standards.
Managing stakeholder relationships and providing timely, accurate client reports.
Staying up to date with relevant legislation and performing occasional site visits for inspections.
What we're looking for

Experience
: Proven asset management or similar experience, particularly in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Skills
: Strong organisational, time management, and IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
