We are a reputable property management company committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and organised Portfolio Manager to join our team and oversee the management of a portfolio of residential properties

The Job Role:

Reporting into the Customer Services Manager and working within the established and committed team. The most important aspect of this role is that our clients and tenants receive outstanding service. You will be the main communication point for our clients and the tenants, so you must love talking to people and have fantastic communication skills. The right applicant will become a strong member of Insight Lettings, aiding to drive the business forward.

Duties

:

Daily interaction with landlords & tenants

Arranging maintenance and relets

Renewals & rent reviews

Liaising with agents to arrange property inspections

Complaint handling

Requirements:



Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration



- Salary of 24,000 per annum

- Working Hours are 37.5 hours per week, between the opening hours of 8.30-5.00, Monday to Friday

- 20 days' holiday entitlement each calendar year plus bank holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 24,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
