Property Manager who has previous experience in managing
HMOs
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the property management operations, ensuring smooth leasing processes, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a solid understanding of property management practices.
Duties
Assist in the property leasing process, including marketing available units and conducting property showings.
Manage tenant applications and perform data entry for lease agreements and tenant records.
Coordinate with Section 8 housing authorities to facilitate tenant eligibility and compliance.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution. Understand tenancy management system.
Maintain accurate records related to property management activities and ensure adherence to letting regulations.
Provide administrative support for legal documentation related to property management.
Assist in preparing reports on property performance metrics and occupancy rates.
Experience
Previous management experiences in property management for HMOs in Sheffield is a MUST. No training provided. If you are very qualified, feel free to call me to discuss 07547805352
Familiarity with tenant management system such as CRM system Ensightly, Podio, Hubspot and property management system Arthur or eager to learn
Experience with data entry and administrative tasks in a legal or real estate environment is highly desirable.
