About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing holiday let portfolio. You'll be responsible for making sure our properties are always guest-ready, well-maintained, and fully compliant with all safety regulations.
Guest experience and client relationships are at the heart of this role. You'll manage bookings, coordinate maintenance and cleaning teams, and keep a close eye on the details that elevate a good stay into a great one.
You'll also support the onboarding of new properties, contribute to the creation of our video guest guidebook, and help develop internal systems as we scale.
Role Overview:
The Property Manager plays a key part in the smooth running of Juniper's operations. Your mission: keep everything moving -- from maintenance and compliance to guest satisfaction and team coordination.
You'll be the go-to person for:
- Booking system oversight
- Guest communications
- Maintenance scheduling
- Safety compliance and licensing
- Content support and onboarding for new properties
What We're Looking For:
Ultra-organised, systems-driven mindset
Sharp attention to detail and high standards
Proactive, independent, and calm under pressure
Strong communicator with a people-first approach
Comfortable with tech platforms (e.g., Guest Platform Manager) Desired: Xero
Previous experience in property, hospitality, or operations
Social media/content creation experience is a plus
Driving licence and car required
