What We Are Looking For:

Due to internal staff movement, we are looking for a full-time Property Manager based out of our Stroud office. The successful candidate will have experience in an office based role, be an organised, problem solver who is brilliant at working to deadlines, has exceptional customer service skills and is great at dealing with people.

You must have good written and telephone skills and be confident with IT

Ideally have previous experience within the property industry but similar customer service experience in other industries considered.

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to ensure that any maintenance issues which arise in our managed properties are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner whilst providing professional and top quality maintenance services to our customers. This is an office based role, based out of our office on London Road, Stroud. There is an occasional requirement to drive to our managed properties to check on works completed.

(Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, and 1 Saturday morning (9:30am-12:30pm to be worked each 6 weeks)

Key responsibilities include:

Liaising with tenants and landlords when maintenance issues arise, to identify actions required in a timely manner Instructing contractors to action maintenance/work required Problem solving and providing the highest levels of customer service Ensuring gas safety certificates are up to date and responsible for issuing to landlords and tenants Arranging PAT and hard wire testing to be carried out where necessary Regular and organised updates on progress and outstanding issues
