We're on the hunt for a

super organised, people-focused Asset Manager

What You'll Be Doing

Building amazing relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors Allocating maintenance jobs, managing invoices and keeping everything running smoothly Communicating like a pro via phone, email and WhatsApp Carrying out mid-tenancy inspections and making sure properties stay compliant Organising tenancy check-ins, check-outs and deposit returns Managing utilities and helping landlords with investment advice Supporting with floor plans, FRAs and Legionnaires assessments Working with the accounts team to keep ledgers tidy and up to date
Who We're Looking For

Someone who lives and breathesgreat customer service Strong organisational and time management skills - multitasking is second nature Confident communicator who loves working with people Experience in property/asset management (PBSA or residential is a bonus) A self-starter with a can-do attitude - you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves Cool under pressure and ready to get stuck into whatever comes your way
The Details

Hours

: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm + approx. 15 Saturdays a year (10am-3pm)

Location

: Our Flagship branch Loughborough

Salary

: Starting from 26,000 per year

Driving

: Full UK driving licence required; access to your own car preferred
