About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a
professional, enthusiastic, and tenacious Team Leader
to join our established
Residential Lettings team
.
You'll be supporting an experienced Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing a team of 20, while personally managing a small portfolio of properties.
This role would suit either:
An existing
Team Leader
in property management seeking a larger team environment, or
An experienced
Property Manager
looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
maintenance-related queries
from tenants living in managed properties.
Liaise with
approved contractors
to coordinate repairs, quotations, and access arrangements.
Keep
landlords regularly updated
on maintenance progress and resolutions.
Accurately maintain all records and communications within the
internal property management system
.
Collaborate with
local lettings branches
and other internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Support the
Assistant Manager
with day-to-day team oversight and performance.
Ideal Candidate
Proven
experience in residential lettings or property management
is essential.
A
proactive problem-solver
with a 'can-do' attitude and a focus on resolution.
Strong
communication skills
- confident, professional, and approachable.
Highly
organised
, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Solid
IT proficiency
, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Basic salary 30,000 - 32,000 per annum

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday,

Head Office in Springfield, Chelmsford
.
Upon successful completion of probation, you'll move to a
hybrid working model
, combining both home and office-based work.
