Coopers Residential have been successfully selling and letting homes since 1986.

We are a Sales and Lettings Estate Agent with branches in Hillingdon, Ickenham, Ruislip, Ruislip Manor, Uxbridge, Pinner, Fitzrovia and West Drayton and we'd love to expand our team.

We are looking for a property manager based locally to our offices with a real determination and ambition to succeed.

Our property manager position would suit those who:

Are extremely organised, Have knowledge of the local area (desirable but not essential), Have existing knowledge of lettings legislation (desirable but not essential), Have a positive attitude, Exhibit strong communications skills, Will ensure that our excellent reputation is upheld, Are able to work well independently or as part of a team, Are assertive, confident, friendly and genuine, Have a professional telephone manner, Have outstanding time management skills, Want to be part of a great team. Hold a full clean driving licence and have own car.
