Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team. This is a new role due to expansion of our property portfolio, and you will work along side our current property manager. This role requires a blend of administrative experience and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently, making it essential for the Property Manager to be proactive and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and queries in a timely manner. Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs with contractors. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of tenant information, leases, and financial transactions using Alto software. Handle data entry tasks related to tenant applications, payments, and maintenance requests. Implement effective upselling strategies for available units or services to maximise occupancy rates. Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations regarding property management. Provide administrative support including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management is essential Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Alto) is a plus Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure Clean driver's license
