We are pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity to join our Property Management Team. Due to the growth and expansion of our Residential Lettings Department we are looking to recruit a new property manager.
The position is exciting and varied working within a team. The role will include the following:
Supporting our 22 lettings offices
Offering our landlords and tenants exemplary customer service when dealing with all aspects of property management
Conducting routine property visits in and around our area
Learning the lettings process and legislation to ensure you can offer the best advice to our landlords
The role will include visiting several properties per day and conducting property visits, reporting any breaches of tenancy , building successful relationships with landlord and tenants.
The role is Monday - Friday 9am - 5: 30pm.
The successful candidate must have their own car and clean driving license. Experience in a customer service industry or lettings industry would be beneficial. This would suit an organised candidate who likes to be part of a team but is also happy working on their own when required, they must be IT literate to a basic level and have good attention to detail.
