We are seeking a confident, motivated individual with a high level of administrative skills. You require no prior experience in the property industry and will be given the opportunity to complete your ARLA qualifications and to build a career in the Lettings industry.
As a Property Manager/Lettings negotiator you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Identifying and maximising business opportunities
Booking property viewings and registering applicants
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
Representing the company in a professional manner
Building strong relationships with local property owners
Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
Arranging and conducting periodic property inspections
Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals; alongside directors
Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
Handling tenancy deposit returns
In order to have a successful application you must have the following:
Good work ethic
Good communicator
Own car and full driving license
Excellent customer service
Good administrative skills
Understanding of Microsoft systems
