Professional Living run 15 Houses of Multiple Occupation in Aylesbury. Each house has large communal areas and is targeted at young professionals. We look after just under 100 tenants.
Professional Living Ltd is looking for a Property Marketing Executive to advertise room vacancies and liaise/select new tenants.
The role involves advertising room vacancies using different online platforms and websites.
The PME will then liaise with applicants of which a proportion will result in a viewing of the property, either in person or on line.
Should the viewing be successful, the PME will process the prospective tenant through our application process to confirm their tenancy.
The PME will probably need to spend an hour in the morning reviewing applications, and completing tenant admin and a further half an hour later in the day. one evening a week will generally be spent completing tenant viewings at houses and Saturdays will be typically be spent doing check ins and outs for new tenants.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Good attention to detail
Able to work independently
Able to prioritize and multitask
Good on-line computer skills
Part-time position including 2 Saturdays a month and one evening( 5-7pm) per week.
Applicant must have a driving license and car to be able to conduct viewings at the houses as relevant.
Previous property management skills useful but not essential
