Are you an experienced real estate professional, ready for an opportunity in a fast-moving international team? We are looking for a highly organised, results driven Property Operations Analyst to provide analysis and support within the Property Operations team.



Property Operations is responsible for providing policy and process documentation, training, support and control reporting for all property functionality such as lease setup, accounts receivable, construction job cost and service charge. Property Operations interact with asset management, portfolio management, finance and IT teams on a regular basis.



In this role and reporting to the Manager Property Operations, you will be responsible for creation of new and development of existing policies, business and Yardi Voyager processes. You will also be responsible for the development and delivery of control reporting on a periodic basis for key processes, ensuring adherence to Mileway policies. In addition, this role will include assisting ad-hoc support requests. As this role is based in the Finance department, you will also own and present thorough analysis of your respective business lines including financial trends, performance, KPIs, and data quality, ensuring KPIs and data quality targets are adhered to.

What you'll do


Create new, or enhance existing policy, process and training documentation, with a strong focus on job cost, service charge, and ESG. Create new or enhance existing control reporting to identify process/system improvements and key areas of concern which require additional focus for training. Running of periodic control reporting from creation through to delivery to key stakeholders, including senior management. Provide functional helpdesk support on Yardi property functionality to dedicated asset management and Mileway property management users. Be an SME for key business lines by maintaining a thorough understanding, not just of the process design, but also of the day-to-day application and implications for your business users. Provide regular status updates to your manager and key stakeholders.



What you'll bring


Your knowledge of commercial real estate. You have at least 3 years' experience in this area in an analytical role. Demonstrated technical aptitude and hands-on experience with job cost and service charge processes is essential. You should have a track record of gathering requirements, and developing policy and process documentation. Experience using Yardi Voyager is essential. Advanced Excel skills are required and being an accomplished user of reporting platforms such as Power BI would be an advantage. Proficient with collaboration tools and Microsoft applications such as Teams. Communication skills - an ability to work across multiple audience types and actively drive conversations to a comprehensive result. Your English is fluent. Your strong analytical skills. Your ability to read data, interpret and tell a financial story. Your strong organizational skills. You're well organized with the ability to manage and prioritise many simultaneous tasks, without compromising your excellent quality standard and attention to detail. Your great team energy. You're a hands-on, dynamic, engaging and results-driven self-starter who works confidently and independently, and you also collaborate well with others.
