We are currently seeking a
Residential Property Paralegal
to support a busy and dynamic conveyancing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in residential property to further develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting fee earners in managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
Preparing legal documentation, conducting searches, and liaising with clients
Supporting with post-completion tasks and Land Registry submissions
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards
Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing legal team
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 1 year's experience in residential conveyancing
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive and professional approach to client service
Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a willingness to learn and develop
