Cook Residential Estate Agents are seeking a talented and creative Photographer / Videographer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to play a key role in showcasing our properties and promoting our brand through high-quality visual content. There is flexibility regarding whether the role is full time or part time, with a competitive salary offered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Property Photography: Capture high-quality photographs of all properties, ensuring each listing is presented at its best. This includes both interior and exterior shots.

Organising photo-shoots and liaising with clients

Drone Photography: Utilise drone technology to capture aerial shots of properties (drone training can be provided if required).

Videography: Create engaging video tours and promotional content to highlight the unique features of each property and the Cook Residential brand.

Floor Plans: Creating floor plans to accurately represent the layout and dimensions of properties (training can be provided if required)

Social Media Content Creation: Develop visual content for use across our social media platforms, helping us reach and engage new audiences.

Marketing Support (Full Time Only): Assist with writing property descriptions and contribute to other marketing activities as required, including preparing content for brochures and online listings (this will include helping to write property descriptions).

Day-to-Day Estate Agency Support (Full Time Only): Provide support with core agency activities where needed (minor part of the role), such as: Registering new applicants, Booking property viewings and valuations

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in photography and videography, with a portfolio of previous work.

Proficiency with photo and video editing software.

Strong creative eye and attention to detail.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to property-specific photography and videography (further training will be provided if needed).

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required.

Desirable Skills

Experience with drone operation (training can be provided).

Previous experience in property photography or within an estate agency environment.

Familiarity with social media platforms and creating content for online marketing to help promote growth.

Salary & Benefits

Full Time: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Part time positions will also be considered; salary pro rata.
