Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Property Photographer to join Chloe Brady Photography on a part-time, freelance basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with extensive experience or knowledge within the property/photography sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a creative approach to capturing property interiors and exteriors, and be familiar with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro. A passion for photography, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, professional manner are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

:

Photographing residential properties to a high standard, showcasing key features and creating visually compelling images. Using drone and video equipment to capture aerial and video footage of properties, including social media reels. Producing floor plans for property listings. Editing photos (including sky enhancement) and videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar. Liaising with clients to ensure their specific requirements are met professionally and efficiently

Requirements

:

Previous experience in property photography is essential, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in this field. Please do not apply if you can not demonstrate this.

You must own your own professional equipment, including a full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera and you must own a wide-angle lens with a focal length of 16mm or wider and a tripod. Proficient in using professional photography and videography equipment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating these skills. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro (or similar editing software). A strong eye for detail and the ability to create aesthetically appealing visuals. A creative mindset with the ability to showcase properties effectively. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as locations will vary. Self-motivated and able to work independently while adhering to company guidelines. Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including drone operation and video capture (training provided). Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to grow and develop knowledge in the industry. A drone license or willingness to obtain one. Experience in creating Floorplans.
It is important that the successful candidate can offer flexibility between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Although this role will start on a part time basis, the opportunity for further work may be available for the right candidate.
