Pedder is a local, family owned and run, high performing estate agency, operating in a defined geographical area of South East London with a dense network of 9 offices.
We are looking for an
experienced
property photographer, floor planner, and EPC producer to join our team on a full-time basis. The properties to be serviced are located within a 3 miles radius of Dulwich Village therefore no extensive travel will be required.
Suitable candidates will specialise in producing a diverse range of marketing products including interior and exterior photographs, floor plans, property videos, and energy performance certificates (EPCs). We will fully fund your Domestic Energy Assessor training if this has not already been obtained.
Brief duties of the role:
Produce high quality property photographs and videos/reels for listings and marketing materials, that will be used to attract potential buyers and tenants. You will have a keen eye for detail and an ability to capture the key selling points of a property.
Edit photographs and videos to ensure they are of a high standard, and in line with Company branding/expectations.
Work closely with the PR team to ensure hot properties are uploaded to social media promptly, in a professional and visually appealing way.
Accurately measure each property and produce floor plans as required.
Produce EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) as required - training will be provided.

Essential requirements:
You must have commercial experience in Photography (at least 1 year) and have a passion for the industry. You will be expected to provide examples of previous projects/works of interior and exterior photography as part of the interview and selection process.
You must have experience in using professional quality cameras and equipment.
You must have experience in using photo/video editing programmes and software to a high standard.
Have experience in creating detailed and accurate floor plan sketches to a professional level.
Be self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude.
Wish to become a DEA in addition to a photographer / planner - this is an essential part of the role and therefore this training will be compulsory.
Live in SE London or surrounding areas. You should have a good knowledge of this area.
Have a UK driving licence and be prepared to travel to multiple properties within SE London.
Hours and Location:
We have 9 branches across south east London. You will be expected to work between the branches and travel to properties within those areas as part of the role. Our Head Office is at Crystal Palace (SE19 1TX) which will be your main base.
This is a full-time, employed role. Working hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday 8:45-18:00
Friday 8:45-17:00
Saturday As required for any Development launches.

Salary details:
30,000 - 40,000 a year DOE
