We are currently seeking a talented and creative Property Photographer and Videographer to join our dynamic Essex team.

As a Property Photographer and Videographer, you will visit properties in various different areas around Essex (and sometimes Kent or London) capturing stunning images/videos, drawing floorplans and producing EPCs. Your work will be crucial in creating compelling visual content that highlights the unique features and selling points of each property. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that all visual content aligns with our brand standards and meets their needs. The company takes care of all scheduling and editing requirements for you.

All training and qualifications will be fully expensed by the company. It is essential that you have a driver's license and a car.

This position is full-time, Monday to Saturday (Sunday and one week day off), and requires travelling to different areas around Essex on a daily basis, also covering parts of London and Kent if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, both interior and exterior. Use professional equipment and techniques to ensure optimal lighting, composition, and perspective. Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand their vision and requirements. Ensure timely delivery of all material. Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment. Produce accurate floorplans and EPCs of required properties.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a photographer or videographer. Proficiency in using professional photography or videography equipment. Excellent eye for detail and composition. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A portfolio showcasing your photography or videography work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
