An exciting opportunity has arisen for multiple career roles as a

Property Risk Analyst

to work within our Support Services team. As a Property Risk Analyst, you will be delivering targeted support for our clients with a range of specialist environmental, statutory, energy, and property assessments to support safe lending or robust claim management. This is a role with clear pathways to develop a career in property, whether property risk, property surveying, valuation roles, risk analytics or supporting financial lending services.

The role:



Supporting specified supplier and client account management supported by Directors and the Service Manager. Assisting with the delivery of services and products to meet client targets and expectations in regard to established standards and KPIs / SLAs. Be accountable for quality assurance of products and services enabling high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat work, and minimising complaints. Assisting with data analytic requests, delivering property reports and property insights on lending and insurance risks and perils. Document Management responsibilities. Process and respond to client and customer queries via system queries, telephone and email. Update and manage database records. Other duties as directed by the Service Manager.

The Candidate:



Previous experience:



Required - Previous experience working in the property sector, in estate agency, property management or a Graduate with associated land, environmental, legal, geographic or other spatial and land-based data skills. Desirable - Previous Project Management experience. Desirable - Previous office experience, and Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable - An understanding of property and environmental data. Desirable - Previous experience using web-based databases.

Skills & Aptitudes:



Project management skills. Be competent at taking instruction and delivering to an agreed programme. Ability to problem solve. Adaptable to change and implement evolving working processes. Excellent personal effectiveness, and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to use MS Exchange and MS Office and excellent Excel skills.

Behavioural skills:



Strong organisation and project management skills. Communicating to a high standard. Ability to be held accountable and to take responsibility in the business. Managing a quality service. Attention to detail, whilst maintaining the ability to see the bigger picture. Excellent interpersonal skills A team player with a positive can-do attitude, and who can motivate others.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time



Pay: initially and following probation period

25,000 - 32,000

per year depending on candidate, skills and experience with further continuous opportunities for progression professionally and financially.
