Property Sales Agent

to join our friendly, high-performing team and cover the OX10 & OX11 areas.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same! You'll be:

Booking and carrying out property viewings, generating offers, and negotiating sales. Working both in the branch and out in the local area. Showcasing our clients' homes with enthusiasm and professionalism. Learning and communicating the unique selling points of every property. Managing and prioritising a busy, ever-changing workload. Maximising client enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and online. Promoting our other property-related services to enhance the client experience.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

A confident communicator (written and verbal) with a natural ability to build rapport. Passionate about helping people and delivering excellent customer service. Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities. Comfortable using basic IT systems. Approachable, positive, and a real team player with a sense of humour. Based locally (Wallingford, Didcot, or nearby) with good knowledge of the area. In possession of a full UK driving licence and their own transport.

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Must have your own car. Must live locally Ideally from the local area. Over 22 years old. Open, approachable and positive personality.
