Property Sales Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and determined Property Sales Consultant.
This interesting and demanding role requires an ability to offer excellent customer service as a front-line ambassador of this busy branch. The role will include alternate Saturday working with a day off in the week.
Responsible for the registration of potential buyers along with accompanied viewings and vendor orientation visits, you must have the necessary skills to cross sell through all our divisions, particularly referrals to Paul Carr Conveyancing and Mortgage Services.
Strong negotiating skills with proactive vendor contact is a principal role in the deliverance of our quest to continue the growth of the branch.
