Clements Estate Agents is a market leading estate agency business based in Hemel Hempstead covering sales and lettings in Herts, Beds and Bucks. We are a highly successful estate agency with a great reputation; the majority of new business comes from recommendations and client referrals. We opened our doors for the first time in Apsley in 2008, since those humble beginnings we have established ourselves as the areas most highly regarded, award winning estate agency business.

We are looking for a sales consultant, either with previous experience in estate agency or in sales more generally. The key to our success is building lasting relationships with our clients, going the extra mile and always striving to exceed expectations.

The role involves -

Helping our clients to buy and sell residential properties by managing the entire process from the initial property valuation, the marketing, the property viewings and the final negotiations.
Key responsibilities include -

Assessing property values Creating and promoting listings on various online platforms Conducting property viewings Acting as a liaison between buyers and sellers Coordinating with other professionals such as solicitors and mortgage brokers; ensuring a successful transaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
