Property Sales Coordinator
Full time or two part time candidates considered
Fully remote - you will need your own laptop and phone.
There may be room for progression in the future for the right candidate and employment.
Skills and Experience Required:
Experience within
Property Industry essential
- understanding the conveyancing life cycle isessential. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROPERTY EXPERIENCE
Duties
Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with the general public, solicitors, clients and lenders and the rest of the sales team - an intuitive team worker with a can do attitude is essential. Calling warm leads, qualifying them and striking whilst the iron it hot. Proactive and flexible can do attitude sought.
Be extremely organised and work well in a team
Able to multitask and keep to deadlines
Calling lenders to obtain redemption statements, property listings, administration etc.
Working closely with and being tutored by our Property Sales Associate whom you will report into. Looking for someone fresh, enthusiastic, intentional and willing to learn. For the right person, this can grow into a senior role.
