25,000 - 27,500 basic (DOE) with an OTE of circa 60,000+ (uncapped commission at 15%)

Imperial Dragon Property Management is a specialist property agent working across Asia and the UK. We are looking for a new sales executive to work from our Canary Wharf office, although this job does involve Work From Home opportunities as well.

We currently buy and sell properties for a wide range of clients, as well as let and manage properties across London. We are a prime contractor for a number of high-level developers to ensure our clients get the best opportunities for their investments as well as personal use, specifically in the new build sector.

We are currently recruiting a Sales Executive who will be involved in the buying and selling of properties from marketing through to completion of sale.

This will ideally suit people who are passionate about property, full of energy, highly flexible with a good work ethic and looking to continue their career in real estate. You must have a good knowledge of social media and be happy in front of the camera.

Work Hours:

37.5 hours flexible hours per week

Occasional weekends (dependent on client requirements)

Responsibilities:

Working with the marketing team to create content to generate leads

Follow up on leads and convert into sales

Ensuring good quality service and communication with the clients

Meet the exchange and completion deadlines

Ensuring targets are met

Updating inhouse systems accurately

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

Passionate about property

Good work ethic

High energy and a desire to succeed

Marketing and social media experience

Can do attitude

Driven and motivated

Excellent time management and organisation skills

Good written and spoken English

Must be able to speak Cantonese
