Key Duties
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants.
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, trends, and developments.
Prepare marketing materials for properties, including descriptions, photographs, and advertisements.
Manage administrative tasks such as updating property listings, maintaining client records, and handling correspondence.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Attend networking events to promote properties and expand the client base.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Every second Saturday: 9:00am - 12:30pm
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience working within an estate agency is essential.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
Multilingual abilities (advantageous, but not essential).
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
