We're looking for a motivated and technically skilled
Property Services Officer
to support the delivery of our Asset Management and Maintenance programmes. Working closely with our Property Services Manager, you'll help ensure that our homes and estates are maintained to the highest standards -- providing an excellent service to tenants and contributing to the effective management of our property portfolio.
You'll be involved in a wide range of work, including:
Coordinating and monitoring repairs and maintenance services.
Assisting in the delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance programmes.
Carrying out property inspections and tenancy-related surveys.
Liaising with contractors, consultants, and tenants to ensure work is completed to specification, on time, and within budget.
Promoting energy efficiency and assisting with EPC surveys.
Supporting financial monitoring and quality control of maintenance contracts.
To be successful, you'll need a strong understanding of
building regulations
,
repairs and maintenance practices
, and
health and safety standards
. You'll bring at least
five years' experience in technical, construction or property maintenance
, along with excellent organisational, IT, and communication skills.
A recognised technical or building experience and a
full driving licence
are essential. An
EPC Assessor qualification
would be advantageous.
