About Us:

Damp Surveyors Ltd is an independent damp surveying company specialising in thorough, unbiased assessments. We are dedicated to providing clients with high-quality surveys, using state-of-the-art tools and techniques, including thermal imaging, to deliver comprehensive reports. We do not perform remedial work, allowing us to maintain an objective focus on accurate diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth surveys to identify issues such as rising damp, penetrating damp, condensation, and humidity levels. Use thermal imaging equipment to locate problem areas and document findings. Prepare detailed reports for clients within 48 hours, outlining issues and recommended actions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, providing clients with clear, accurate assessments without promoting remedial services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in damp surveying or a related field. Strong knowledge of damp issues, building structures, and potential problem indicators. Own transportation and surveying equipment preferred. Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and organise bookings. Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to explain findings to clients in a clear and reassuring manner.
