Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and ideally experienced Property Valuer to join our team. As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for assessing the value of residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will play a crucial role in providing accurate property valuations to clients.

Duties:
- Conduct property inspections and assessments to determine market value
- Analyze property data, including sales history, market trends, and comparable properties
- Prepare detailed property valuation reports
- Provide expert advice on property values and market conditions
- Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, and clients to ensure accurate valuations
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of property valuations and related documentation

Experience:
- Ideally experience as a Property Valuer or similar role would be preferred, but not essential
- In-depth knowledge of property valuation methods and techniques
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
