Overview: We are seeking a skilled Estate Agent or highly experienced sales person to join our Carlisle team as a Property Valuer. You may already have valuation experience and you are looking for the security of working for an established high street agent, or maybe you have been succeeding in sales and are looking to develop your career further. We will also consider someone with sales experience from another sector where you are accustom to making business to customer sales presentations and closing on contracts. Responsibilities: - Conduct property valuations using industry-standard methods and tools - Analyse market trends and property data to determine accurate valuations - Drive to various properties for on-site inspections and assessments - Communicate valuation results effectively to clients and stakeholders - Utilise IT tools, including Excel, to maintain accurate records and reports - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the valuation process Requirements: - Proven experience in property valuation, sales or a related field - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple valuations simultaneously - Excellent analytical skills to interpret property data accurately - A proactive approach with the drive to meet deadlines efficiently - Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members - Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting - Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service throughout the valuation process. Role comes with a Car Allowance
