Prime Property Associates are currently seeking experienced property professionals to join their team on a self-employed basis.

Due to an ever-increasing demand for our properties, a self employed Valuer within our business to help us locate, negotiate and secure new properties for us to offer our tenants and investors.

What we are looking for:

Ideally someone with a proven background within property, potentially via working in a Letting and/or Estate Agents
Strong sales background
A people person who is able to form and maintain business relationships
Confident negotiator
Eye for detail
Someone that is hungry to progress, learn and earn
Self-starter, we will support you but the correct candidate for this role will need to be able work without supervision
Someone who is happy to drive in new business
Team player
Experience with Microsoft Office and a head for numbers

The duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Be a brand ambassador, building your own, and our business Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local property market Engage and support customers throughout their journey

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market including property trends

Able and happy to work on a self-employed basis Must possess a full driver's license and have access to a vehicle for business purposes Must have their own phone and laptop for business purposes A strong desire to be successful and grow your own business Overwhelming passion and enthusiasm Previous experience in a similar role A passion for delivering excellent customer service Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: 23,000.00-50,000.00 per year
