Chrysalis Properties is an established and reputable property company managing high-quality shared accommodation (HMOs). Due to continued demand, we are seeking reliable, professional local individuals to carry out property viewings on our behalf.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Conducting room viewings for prospective tenants (often same day or next day) Representing Chrysalis Properties professionally and consistently Speaking confidently and knowledgeably about the property and house dynamics Providing clear feedback after each viewing on: The suitability of the applicant Their attitude, reliability, and overall impression Any concerns or positive observations Ensuring viewings are carried out punctually and courteously
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Local to Littlehampton Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Confident speaking with a wide range of people Honest, perceptive, and able to assess tenant suitability Comfortable using WhatsApp / basic online systems Ideally has previous experience in: Property viewings Lettings, housing, or customer-facing roles
(experience preferred but not essential for the right person)

Working Pattern & Pay
