Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for winning work and crafting compelling proposals? Buro Happold is seeking a Proposal / Bid Co-ordinator to join our UK+ team.

As a Proposal Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting bids across the UK, working closely with the Business Development team and reporting to the Senior Bid Co-ordinator.

Your next role

Coordinating bid submissions from start to finish Reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance Collaborating with technical teams and graphic designers Maintaining CRM records and supporting pipeline management Capturing best practices and contributing to bid libraries

Your skills and experience

1-3 years of bid coordination experience Strong writing and editing skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Office, and CRM systems Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (preferred) APMP membership or certification (desirable)
