SUMMARY





Reporting to the SVP of Sales Operations, We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Manager - Global to join our team. The Proposal Manager - Global will be responsible for creating clear, compelling, and well-organised proposals in response to RFPs from potential clients. The ideal candidate has excellent writing and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES





RFP Response Creation:

Analyse RFP documents to understand client requirements thoroughly. Collaborate with subject matter experts and various departments to gather necessary information. Write, edit, and proofread RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with RFP Develop and maintain a library of standard RFP content for efficient proposal creation.



Content Development

: Craft persuasive and tailored content that addresses the client's needs and showcases Waystone's strengths and capabilities. Translate technical and complex information into easily understandable language for non-expert readers.



Collaboration and Coordination

: Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and legal teams to gather relevant information for proposals. Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to enhance proposal visuals and formatting.



Quality Assurance

: Conduct thorough reviews of completed RFP responses to ensure accuracy, coherence, and compliance with client requirements. Revise and improve existing proposal templates and boilerplate content to enhance quality and effectiveness.



Deadline Management

: Manage multiple RFPs simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines. Monitor proposal progress and communicate proactively with team members to ensure timely submission.



Content Management:

Develop and maintain a library of standard RFP content for efficient proposal Support the creation of materials based on library content, e.g. Standard DDQs.



Application Management:

System and user administration for Qvidian including new user creation, license assignment and revoking, license tracking, new user training. Database management, information barriers, back-end template development and maintenance.

Experience and Abilities:





Proposal Experience:

Proven experience in writing and managing RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal documents, preferably in a business development or procurement context.



Writing Skills:

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on attention to detail.



Business Acumen:

Strong understanding of business concepts and the ability to translate technical information into client-focused language.



Autonomy:

Self-motivated and able to work



Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.



Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with RFP management software (if applicable).



Multi-tasking:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The asset management industry is constantly evolving, and you should be open to innovation, adaptable to change, and willing to explore innovative approaches to enhance the company's sales performance.

Education:





* Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related
