What you'll be doing

As a Proposition Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our future by identifying growth opportunities and developing innovative products that enhance our market presence and grow our distribution reach.


In collaboration with the Head of Proposition, you will strategically plan and prioritise initiatives, ensuring that we continue to expand our market share while refining our existing offerings. Your role will require you to stay informed about market trends, regulatory developments and emerging technologies, to drive our proposition strategy forward.


We are looking for candidates with a strong background in financial services, particularly within the protection market. Your experience in customer-focused proposition development and delivery, coupled with a thorough understanding of the regulatory and distribution landscape will be invaluable. You should be capable of managing proposition launches from conception to completion, with a deep understanding of customer, distributor, and market dynamics.
