We are looking for a Proposition Marketing Executive to join our Proposition Marketing Team within Global Marketing, based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with up to 4 years of marketing experience who wants to develop their expertise in investment marketing while supporting the creation of compelling campaigns and client-focused product content.

The team
The Proposition Marketing Team is positioned as one of four Centres of Specialism in the central Marketing and Communications department. As part of the broader Global Marketing structure, you will be working in a dynamic, stimulating and collaborative environment.
What you'll do
You will support the development of marketing campaigns and take ownership of executing the delivery of materials that promote Schroders' investment capabilities, products and solutions. Working closely with the Senior Proposition Marketing Manager and colleagues across Marketing, Client Group and Investment, you'll contribute towards creating compelling content and ensuring smooth campaign delivery across our various client segments worldwide.
Your role will focus on the execution of marketing initiatives, from initial content creation through to maintaining marketing assets and supporting compliance processes.
Key responsibilities:
Support the development of integrated campaign materials by creating initial drafts and iterations based on strategic direction from senior colleagues
Draft product-specific materials that support the campaign, including pitch slides, product summaries, and positioning documents
Assist in mapping content requirements according to different client types and customer journey phases
Manage and update marketing toolkits, templates, and campaign assets to ensure consistency and accuracy across all materials
Support the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing systems, including document frameworks and unified sales tools
Conduct research and analysis to support competitive positioning and messaging development
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure campaign materials meet local requirements and standards
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Product Executives and Investment Directors to gather input and feedback on campaign materials
Take full control of version control and asset management for campaign materials, ensuring colleagues have access to current versions
Prepare briefing materials and support documentation for internal teams and external agencies
Assist with compliance checks and approval processes for marketing materials
Support the planning and coordination of campaign rollouts across different channels and regions
Propose creative marketing initiatives to promote Schroders' capabilities within established brand guidelines
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
Up to 4 years of financial services marketing experience, preferably within asset management
Basic understanding of investment concepts, public market asset classes and portfolio management principles
Experience delivering marketing materials across multiple channels (digital, print, presentations, social)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing technology platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
Previous experience in asset management, financial services, or related industries.
Understanding of different client segments within investment management e.g. pension funds, wealth gatekeepers
Delivering marketing campaigns across multiple regions / countries
Familiarity with compliance processes in regulated industries
Knowledge of content management systems and marketing automation and content distribution tools
Professional qualifications such as CIM or similar marketing credentials
Experience of working with ChatGPT (or similar) and knowledge the uses of large language models
European languages
