Established in 2018, we specialise in personal lines insurance. Due to ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Romanian-speaking Protection Adviser to join our growing team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Protection Adviser to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

As a Protection Adviser, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of selecting insurance products that best meet their needs, while also utilising your analytical skills to assess their requirements effectively.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct thorough analysis of client situations to recommend appropriate protection plans. Manage sales administration tasks including documentation and follow-ups. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Utilise telemarketing techniques to reach potential customers and promote services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to provide informed advice. Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence client decisions positively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement. Proficient analytical skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities.
