About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and customer-focused
Spanish-speaking Protection Advisor
to join our growing team in Newark-on-Trent.
You'll work with leads, conduct in-depth consultations, and recommend tailored protection solutions that genuinely help families feel secure. Your performance will be measured through key metrics like conversion rates, quality of advice, and client retention -- all within a supportive and FCA-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Use leads and referrals to contact potential clients, make outbound calls, and book appointments for protection consultations.
Hold those appointments with clients (by phone or video), explore their needs, present suitable protection options, handle objections, and make confident, tailored recommendations.
Explain options clearly and simply, so clients feel informed and confident in their decision.
Follow up after the sale to ensure everything's in place and the client is happy.
Ask for referrals from every conversation -- happy clients are the best source of new business.
Work toward personal and team targets -- leads are provided, but your drive makes the difference.
Qualifications:
Essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to simplify complex information for clients
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Fluency in
English and Spanish
Desirable
Proven experience as a sales adviser or in a related role
Strong understanding of insurance products and their features
