The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a

Graduate Engineer

to join our Protective Design and Security Practice, where we apply specialist expertise to assess threats, vulnerabilities, and risks, and develop bespoke mitigation strategies that protect our clients' people, assets, and infrastructure.


This role is ideally suited to candidates with an academic background in Security and Risk Management, Criminal Justice, Criminology, or architectural or engineering disciplines. Full training will be provided through hands-on project experience, structured training courses, and opportunities for further education.


The successful candidate will contribute to projects across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, and may be required to travel occasionally as part of their role.

Responsibilities:

Support the development of Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessments for a range of high-profile projects Contribute to the creation of security strategies and masterplans for complex built environment schemes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across TT to deliver high-quality technical outputs. Participate in client meetings, providing input and, where appropriate, leading discussions. Assist in the preparation of clear, concise reports and impactful presentations. Work both independently and as part of wider internal and external design teams. Support the project management of consulting assignments, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Proactively pursue chartership through recognised professional bodies to advance your career and gain industry accreditation.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in relevant subject; Hold or willingness to undergo and maintain UKSV security clearance; Good working knowledge of standard business IT software.
