Our Dedicated Protective Intelligence Team fulfills a critical mission: We proactively identify, assess, and mitigate threats and hazards to our Principals, client enterprises, and the respective Crisis24 Agents and Analysts who keep them safe. Our team leverages advanced technology, OSINT, HUMINT, and internal subject matter experts to provide timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence.

What You Will Work On
In your role as a Protective Intelligence Analyst, you will monitor a wide variety of threat vectors including open-source and closed-source datasets and feeds, geopolitical events, civil unrest, natural hazards, crime, terrorism, cyber-kinetic events, vector borne diseases, and other health concerns in support of internal business functions and client contracts. You will also be responsible for fielding operational and logistical requests for information (RFIs) to facilitate ad-hoc secure transport and executive protection workflows.
Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with the Protective Intelligence Manager, other Analysts, and the client's Executive Protection Detail in a largely virtual capacity. On a day-to-day basis, you will most frequently interact with members of the Executive Protection Detail on shift, along with any other Intelligence Analysts in our Protective Intelligence Center, Program Manager, or Director who may be working at the time.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong critical thinking skills, sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and
an aptitude for rapidly assimilating new information
Open-source intelligence (OSINT) skills; including the ability to collect, assess, and rapidly assimilate information into concise, actionable written reports or assessments
Possess prior experience conducting behavioral threat assessments and demonstrates an understanding of risk management protocols
Familiarity with news reporting sources, social media channels, and other
channels for real-time monitoring of current events
Ability to assimilate and effectively leverage new technologies
Working knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting
Demonstrated interest in supporting physical security and operational logistics
Aptitude for clear and effective written and verbal communications under time-sensitive conditions
Ability to assess information quickly and accurately for credibility, relevance, and
importance
Ability to establish priorities, multi-task, work independently, and complete objectives in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Schedule flexibility and the ability to work night and weekend shifts
Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Two or more years of experience in a security operations or similar role
Former experience in law enforcement, a military branch, or other government entity who has a background in fields such as incident dispatch or incident management, crisis management & response, or business continuity with relevant background experience and certifications to facilitate, respond to, and manage crises
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Broad geopolitical awareness, knowledge of global events, and cultural sensitivity
Information Security
Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
