We are looking for a detailed oriented and organised individual to join Protocol Team within our First Response Team as a Protocol Administrator where you would provide administrative assistance within the team, ensuring the smooth progression of cases while adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

As an Administrator in the Protocol team, you follow up with repairers for garage updates. Follow up with third-party insurance companies for updates. Monitoring systems for updates regarding liability. Requesting necessary documents from clients. Recording supporting evidence and managing settlement cases. Assisting legal clerks with outstanding tasks.

Working Hours

This role is Full Time based on 40 Hours per week, and we are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.
