We're currently recruiting for four part-time positions:
3 roles at 21 hours per week
1 role at 18 hours per week
This is a 24/7 service, so flexibility is important. You'll be part of a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays, and you may work across the city as needed.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing personal and practical support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in daily routines.
Supporting individuals with nutrition, personal care, and home safety.
Working closely with families and professionals to achieve personalised outcomes.
Responding to urgent support needs and contributing to safeguarding.

What We're Looking For
Experience in care (paid, voluntary, or informal) is welcome.
Calm, adaptable, and able to respond to changing needs.
Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Respectful of confidentiality, dignity, and individual rights.
Physically able to support people with mobility and daily tasks.
Willing to complete relevant training.
