At Temple Learning Academy, we believe that all children should be supported to achieve their full potential, with equal access to a meaningful and inclusive curriculum. This includes bespoke adaptations to meet individual needs and ensure every child is able to thrive.
We are committed to providing high-quality support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly those with complex needs. Our team works together to develop expertise, share best practices, and create an environment where children are supported to make sustained progress.
We are seeking a Provision Room Manager--a skilled, enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team, supporting primary-aged children with complex needs in a provision-based setting. This role is key to the continued development of a supportive, well-resourced space designed to meet the needs of pupils who require provision that is additional to and different from a mainstream classroom.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the day-to-day running of the provision room, working closely with the SENDCo, teaching staff, and wider support team to ensure the highest quality of care and education for every child.
This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a nurturing, inclusive environment where teamwork, professional development, and child-centred practice are at the heart of everything we do.
This role is offered at an SO1 salary, reflecting the importance of the position and the level of skill and commitment required.
