We are currently recruiting for Coach Drivers that have previous private hire experience especially in completing tours abroad.

We have a variety of sizes in our fleet from 16 & 19 seat Merecedes Sprinters, 34 seat Yutong TC9s and 53 + seat Scanias, Higers, Omnis. We have a large client base from sports teams, public and private schools, EU tour providers, corporate groups and more! We have an incredibly busy summer ahead, with many european tours booked in, so if you have experience doing international work then this would also be perfect for you.

What does the role of a PCV driver include?

We work for various organisations such as Sports Teams, Schools, Tour Operators and anyone else who wants to book a coach! We pride ourselves in the excellent service we provide our customers, whether that is with the quality of our fleet to our high customer service levels from all of the team. Our drivers are responsible for the care and attention to their vehicles, meeting new people and looking after them with a passion for customer service and going that extra mile.

Here at Astons we appreciate that everyone has lives outside of work and sometimes there needs to be some flexibility within their working hours. This is why we have different contracts to suit. The different options are:

Full Time

Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week Various work from private hires to potential European coach tours

Part Time Schools

35 per contract 07:30 - 09:00 and 14:30 until 16:00 Monday - Friday in School Term Time

Part Time Coach work

Varied days to suit you Work from school contracts to swimming contracts to general private hire

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: 14.00 p/h between 06:00 -18:00 Monday to Friday. 15.50 p/h between the hours of 18:00-06:00 Monday to Friday and ALL weekend. Probationary bonus of 100, referral bonus of 100, loyalty bonus after your first 12 months which then increases every year after.

Pay: 14.00-15.50 per hour
