We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate effectively while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. A background in passenger transportation is an advantage.

D1, cpc, dbs required.

Long school run contract.

Can top up earnings on other price work.

Bus/fuel/insurance provided.

Duties

Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Communicate effectively with passengers regarding schedules and any issues that may arise. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any mechanical issues as needed. Assist with loading and unloading passengers from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent injury. Maintain accurate records of journeys, including logs of mileage and fuel consumption. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on the road and at client sites.

Qualifications

D1, cpc, DBS required. Proven experience as a driver or in a similar role is preferred. Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; passenger transportation experience is an advantage. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members. Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues. Ability to work independently.
